O's Cookie Baking

One of OUR favorites this time of year is Molasses Sugar Cookies. Just the smell of them puts me in the Christmas mood. Last week, during D's morning nap, O and I made a couple of batches for the freezer (and a few for snacking immediately). We turned on the Christmas music and had a good time. O stayed busy pouring in ingredients and then he rolled the majority of the cookie balls in sugar. He did a great job! Wish we could share some through your computer! We ended up freezing most of the dough balls so that we could have "freshly baked" cookies whenever we wanted. It sure is too bad that my sugar test is Thursday!!! I'm trying really hard to be good but this time of year is difficult!!!
